EU Entry/Exit System (ESS)
The EU Entry/Exit System (EES) is fully operational at all external border crossing points of the European countries. Passports are no longer manually stamped, and non-EU citizens traveling to the EU countries are now required to comply with providing biometrics such as a facial photo and fingerprints.
